Residents curious about Tallangatta’s newest residential development will have the chance to get the inside story next month, with a community sausage sizzle to be held at The Triangles.
Following the recent approval of Tallangatta Estate, Clint and Leon from PJ Murphy will join the team from JMP Developments on Saturday 10 October for a relaxed, informal gathering at The Triangles. The event is designed to give locals a chance to meet the people behind the project, learn more about the upcoming land release and see the estate for themselves.
The approval marks an important step for Tallangatta, opening the door to new housing opportunities in the town. Organisers say the day is about keeping the community informed and involved as the project moves forward.
Visitors are encouraged to come along with their questions, whether they’re considering buying a block, curious about the timing of the land release, or simply interested in what the development will mean for the town.
“We want this to be an easy, relaxed chance for people to drop in, have a chat and find out what’s coming next,” JMP Director Andrew Stern said.
The sausage sizzle will run from 11am to 1pm, and everyone is welcome.
