After months of community consultation and work with Indigo Shire Council, the all abilities playground at Kiewa Valley Estate is finally complete. The playground is the first project to be delivered as part of the Tangambalanga Active Parks Masterplan, to meet the needs of the growing residential community.
Combining play equipment and nature-based play experiences, the playground features a double swing, flying fox, climbing tower with multiple slides, monkey bars and giant nest swing.
JMP Developments contributed $40,000 to the project with Indigo Shire Council providing further funding of $20,000. JMP director Jenny Stern, said we are ‘thrilled with the overall results and very proud that JMP could work with Indigo Shire Council to help deliver such a fantastic playground for the local community’.
With a range of activities, the playground is the perfect addition for our younger residents.
